Message frequency may vary based on your services, projects, and communication needs with Liable Controls.

  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Liable Controls is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier resulting from our SMS/MMS communications.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can stop receiving BMS alerts at any time:

  • Reply “STOP” to any message from 305-330-2996, or

  • Contact us directly and request removal

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS alerts unless you opt in again

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use telecom carriers or messaging platforms to deliver SMS alerts. These providers act only to send and route messages and cannot use your mobile number except for that purpose.
